Alan

Alan has been a legal practitioner for over 50 years.

Initially operating as a sole practitioner for over 40 years, he sold his practice in 2017 and has continued to be employed for a number of legal firms since.

Alan has practised in a wide variety of areas, including running cases in the Supreme Court, County Court and the Federal Court. These cases have involved commercial disputes, family disputes arising out of distributions under Wills to beneficiaries, personal injuries claims, breach of trade practices, bankruptcy, disputes with the Land Titles Office and claims for professional negligence.

Currently, Alan focuses on property work, leases, probate applications, sale of businesses, complex stamp duty issues, advising on and amending trust deeds, drawing commercial agreements and providing corporate advice.

Alan joined Nesh Legal in October 2023 as a Senior Lawyer and manages the property and commercial department in our Sandringham office.
